The purpose of this role is to managing the regular walk-ins / inbound calls for existing clients, new business and greenslip sales. This role will: Ensureall initial contact with the business is managed in a professional, friendly and efficient manner whilst also operational support to a busy team of brokers. Providea friendly and professional greeting to clients and employees Handleincoming calls to the branch and directing telephone calls Relievethe administration element from the brokers.
