Full Job Description
We are seeking a confident new business hunter; someone quick to understand what a great client looks and sounds like.

A contractor to work as a Sales Consultant for our Virtual Careers Fair in March 2021.

You are 110% happy to make cold or luke warm calls & emails to start a conversation.

You'll be armed with a best in class product to sell and supported by a phenomenal proposal generator (you literally need to put company name, contact and email into the system and hit send once you have a qualified lead).

GradConnection, owned by SEEK, is Australia's largest graduate and early talent jobs board. We help organisations fill entry level, graduate and internship positions.

Established in 2008 we currently have more than 275k active job seekers looking for their first gig.

The mission is to connect with organisations looking to hire entry level positions and early talent in 2021.

We have just launched a new to market Virtual Careers Fair (March 2021) and need help selling booths to organisations that want their employer brand in front of students.

You'll be given a list of organisations NOT to talk to (our existing clients) and a list of luke warm leads to follow up.

BUT the real opportunity is your creativity to identify new leads and pursue them to close business.

The Sales Leader at GradConnection will provide you with background, systems and tools as well as a weekly coaching call if you want it.

Ideally you are salesforce savvy and you'll be given access to manage your work.

You main reward comes from selling a booth for March 2021 ($1800 min); with incentives for laying foundations for a bigger conversation too (our average client spends $9k).

You'll be on a $1500 month retainer; we expect the right person to be closing 20+ deals a month with OTE of c.$7500+

We are expecting you to be putting in 15+ hours per week
