Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing remote and on-site clinical and technical support for BIOTRONIK CRM products and driving customer satisfaction through service.

Day to day, the role involves:
Providing technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff.
Assisting with implantations and performing patient follow-ups.
Supports the Clinical Studies Department in the field.
Coordinating sales activities to support key customers with customer training and education events.
Supports BIOTRONIK national sales, business development and marketing strategies.

Qualification and Experience

The desirable qualification and experience we look for include:

University / bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering or related field or nursing degree with qualifications as a cardiac physiologist, CCU Nurse or Emergency Nurse
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
Demonstrated ability of coordinating multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.
Good IT skills (experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent required), word-processing, spreadsheets, powerpoint etc., to develop presentation materials.
Relevant experience in the cardiac pacing industry; experience with implantation and follow-up of pacemakers, defibrillators and Cardiac Resynchronisation Therapy devices
Background in electrophysiology would be highly advantageous
