We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team and support customers with their travel reservations. This is a part time role working 3pm to 11pm x 3 days a week

On a daily basis you will

  • Help customers via chat or phone with their travel reservations and ensure they have the best possible experience. No scripts, human conversation only.
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure all travelers are taken care of, at all stages of their travel experience. This involves great communication skills and problem solving as you work in a team setting.
  • Provide feedback on our product and process in an effort to improve the customer experience
  • Work with other business units, including the Integration team, Operations, and Customer Success/Care, as required ensuring strong customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer expectations and experience in a way that results in high customers satisfaction
  • Create of knowledge articles in Coupa's knowledge-base for the use by customers and travelers
Our Ideal candidate will be/have
  • A fast learner, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Committed and believes in providing quality customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced working directly with external customers in a customer support environment ideally in an enterprise software or corporate travel company
  • College Degree or equivalent job experience
