JOB DESCRIPTION

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • Clayton location
  • Part time 10.00 to 2.00pm Tuesday to Friday
  • Temp role - from a couple of weeks to longer - not sure on the length of assignment
  • Division of Victorian NFP organisation driving change in our communities for the better - great environment
  • Role starts this coming week for induction and some training
  • The position: sales admin support document management; answering phones; assisting with client enquiries and taking messages; diary management (booking meetings for manager in outlook); input of information into crm (sales force a big advantage) and general admin.
  • YOU: will need previous customer service/admin experience, competency in outlook and a crm system (naturally sales force preferred but not essential); excellent phone manner; a strong work ethic (you will be relied upon to turn up to work on time and be reliable) and competent computer skills
  • Interviews will be via zoom, Skype, facetime or other medium with a view to starting asap
  • Neg hourly rate
