The Opportunity

As an Administration Assistant, your role is to undertake administrative tasks to support the Operational teams across the Tasmanian Business.

You will work closely amongst an established and professional administrative team to ensure the accurate and timely completion of routine and ad hoc administrative tasks that are vital to the operational success of the business.

The role would complement a candidate who has a high level of attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills. Further, the ability to mulit-task, prioritise and adapt quickly to change and competing demands would see you excel in this integral role within the Operations Admin team.

Reporting to the Operations Administrations Team Leader, you’ll work in a medium-sized team, and liaise with staff members across the business. And you’ll learn from your team mates, as much as they’ll learn from you.

In this role, you’ll be trained across a number of concrete skills for the job in hand. Many of our Administration Assistants have continued to progress their career with us, moving into supervisor and team leader roles.

You’ll need:
Knowledge and experience within an administrative role assisting in payroll data entry, billing and raising purchase orders, and assisting with general office admin.
Ideally competent in G-Suite and SAP.
The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while driving results
Outstanding interpersonal skill
To be able to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
