About You

The role of Analyst Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Property Asset Management will provide support to the Senior Consultant, BCP and Senior Consultant, BBC Network & Asset Optimisation in the day-to-day management of both critical business functions in Business & Private Banking (B&PB).

Responsibilities include:

  • Direct support to Senior Consultant, BCP and Senior Consultant, Network Optimisation with all facets of general day to day administration activities.
  • Assist the Senior Consultant to coordinate B&PBs response to business disruptions that have a potential critical impact to business processes, customer channels or the safety and well-being of employees.
  • Support senior consultant to develop BCP support materials, user guides and other collateral, as required.
  • Assist in developing a more structured response to Crisis Management with key B&PB Stakeholders, as well as Enterprise Crisis Management Team.
  • Assist Senior Consultant to complete post incident reviews following an incident and work with the business to implement any recommendations from report.
  • Complete reporting, as required, on various initiatives involving both Property/Asset management and Business Continuity Planning.
  • Support the Senior Consultant in the review & refresh of policies and procedures in line with utilisation objectives, investment strategies, continuity planning & occupier requirements.
  • Assist Senior Consultants to ensure correct B&PB approval governance framework is adhered to for all property related activity and assist in validating site requirements
  • Support the delivery of property initiatives for B&PB, including the network delivery pipeline

Your Capabilities, Experience & Qualifications will include:

  • Proven project management experience
  • Knowledge of property project investment, construction & delivery preferred
  • Banking or operational banking experience, B&PB experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting business improvement and business planning activities
  • Background in supporting business continuity planning activities
  • Business, finance, operations, or general management tertiary qualification preferred.
