The role
You will advise developers, private individuals, foreign investors and government on all aspects of environment and planning law, including development and major projects, environmental and planning litigation and legislative reform. They offer strategic legal advice in relation to corporate risk, due diligence, governance and issues management and regularly liaise with government and regulators on their clients' behalf.

You will have the opportunity to apply your impressive skills and experience across policy advice, developments, large-scale transactions and compliance. You will act for and advise major clients in Land & Environment Court litigation and NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal Appeals.

You will be a senior E&P Partner who is seeking a new role that provides autonomy to manage and further develop your practice. Alternatively you will be at SC level and may be experiencing road blocks to Partner at your current firm. This role will see you on a fast track to Partner (in an anticipated 6 month timeframe). You ideally have extensive experience acting for private and public sector clients. You are seeking autonomy over your practice, yet have a collaborative approach and a strong understanding around project, transactional, litigation and dispute related work.
