Impact to our community
We are searching for a Senior Treasury Accountant to manage Envato's global banking relationships, liquidity and foreign exchange requirements for the group. This role will partner with the finance team to forecast cash requirements, providing reporting on cash positions, ensuring treasury controls are effective within Board-approved risk limits and provide corporate accounting support.As a multinational internet company, Envato's treasury landscape involves a level of complexity around working with different payment processors, high numbers of bank accounts distributed across different geographic locations, and different tax and other regulatory requirements. Reporting into the CFO, we are expecting our Senior Treasury Accountant to be able to manage this complexity and collaborate closely with stakeholders both within and outside our finance function, including tax, financial forecasting, business systems analysts, and software development teams. A highly analytical accountant with strong treasury and reporting experience and the ability to build relationships across the organisation will succeed in this role.
Our Expectations :

• 5+ years treasury experience
• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
• CPA or CA qualified
• Excellent analytical, written and presentation skills
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of treasury concepts
• Experience in working with payment processors
• Exposure to the online industry, specifically experience with e-commerce, would be an advantage
