At Amazon we are building a world class last mile operation, significantly complimented by Amazon Flex. Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors – called delivery partners (DPs) – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, partners act as their own boss. They can build their own schedule and choose from different types of opportunities (scheduled-ahead blocks, instant offers), all while making great earnings. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced systems, allowing partners to sign in, grab an offer for a time, check out a map of the location, and more.

We are seeking a Program Manager - Marketing for Amazon Flex in Australia. In this role, you will be the single threaded leader responsible for DP recruitment and onboarding, engagement, communications, product marketing, and brand across the AMZL program. You will own DP acquisition, communicating with them throughout their lifecycle, voice of driver and continuous feedback, keeping them engaged in the program, and launching new features and products. You will own strategy, management, measurement, testing, and execution of Amazon Flex marketing channels. You will dive deep into the analytical side of the business using your SQL and coding skills partnered with a deep experience in segmentation, analysis and lifecycle marketing to produce insights to shift businesses approaches. As a senior leader on the Amazon Flex team, you will work closely with business, management, the leadership team, and other stakeholders like Legal and PR within the business unit to ensure alignment to overall objectives.

Job Responsibilities
· Work at the strategic level to champion bold and creative ideas
· Own top-level business goals, and ensure that the team meets its objectives
· Be responsible for delivery partner acquisition, including managing acquisition funnels and developing marketing acquisition materials
· Be adept and coding, creating and building SQL queries to deep dive into internal databases
· Develop all communications with our delivery partners, maintaining the Amazon Flex brand voice
· Write business plans/proposals to champion new channel testing with business and finance partners
· Maintain and refine scalable, repeatable and comparable methods of measurement and performance tracking for campaigns
· Earn trust from internal and external partners, manage multiple projects, and balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment
· Ensure a best in class onboarding experience matching delivery partner and station needs, reducing the dwell time of candidates and improving the conversion of candidates through the onboarding lifecycle.
· Conduct weekly data analysis to identify forward looking capacity risks. Identify gaps in driver capacity at a station level and work with stakeholders to address proactively.
· Maintain and refine scalable, repeatable and comparable methods of measurement and performance tracking for campaigns
· Work with regional and tech teams to optimize the onboarding funnel for our delivery partners


· BA/BS required
· 5+ years developing and managing marketing programs and/or channel programs and demonstrated success in creating professional, compelling and generation strategies
· 5+ years of marketing communications experience
· 3+ years of SQL coding experience and database analysis
· 3+ years in program and project management across multi region, virtual stakeholder groups
· Strong sense of brand and editorial voice; the ability to harmonize message across multiple channels and marketing vehicles
· Outstanding and polished written and verbal communication skills. Successfully able to present to and influence management at the Director level and above and are capable of writing and owning large, complex documents.
· High quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills - comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions.
· Advanced to expert knowledge of Excel is required, including use of look-ups and pivot tables \
· Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include digital advertising, lead nurture programs, live events, webinars, and social media


· Master’s degree/MBA in business with focus on marketing and communications
· Strong team player and leader with the ability to influence, work cross functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders and thrive highly collaborative fast paced environment
· Comfortable w/ ambiguity, set vision - able to establish marketing direction and vision across the entire organization
· Ability to work independently and autonomously
· Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and has great attention to detail
· Problem-solver with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, business acumen and the ability to find creative ways to optimize performance
· Excellent project management skills
