With an award winning wine maker and renowned Chef at the helm of the kitchen, this is an opportunity to be a part of a pre-opening team set to wow locals and tourists alike!
About You:
Exceptional customer service focus with a can do attitude and a sales mindset

• Leadership of the team, mentoring and encouraging your team to perform to their best in every situation and live the brand culture at all times 
• Excellent presentation and communication as well as strong organisational skills
• Confidence in presenting to clients, showcasing your knowledge of the product and the local area
• Sales expertise converting tastings to sales, tour clients to advocates of the brand
• Creativity in marketing and sales generation, social media experience
• Stock and labour cost control experience
• Team player attitude with the ability to build a great team culture
• Ability and willingness to work across weekends, public holidays and potentially some travel.

• Excellent salary of $70-$75k + super depending on experience
• Bonuses and incentives based on meeting targets
