With the aim of providing our valued customers with the best offerings, we constantly strive to enhance and optimise our products. With this in mind, we are eagerly seeking a Marketing Expert Lead for our Daily Banking team, to come on board and assist in the strategy development, and optimisation of various customer-focused campaigns.

This people leadership role will see you demonstrating strong stakeholder management, strategic execution of marketing campaigns and being an excellent collaborator.

With an array of projects on the way, this is a critical role which will require an empathetic, hands on and resilient leader within the marketing domain!

What are you going to do? You’ll be…

  • Responsible for the successful launch of any new product /innovation initiatives in line with product roadmap
  • Owning the planning of a yearly marketing calendar aligned with the product and business priorities.
  • Driving the integrated go-to-market product marketing campaigns from NTB through to customer engagement & retention
  • Owning and delivering the trigger based marketing plans & campaigns for Everyday Banking product portfolio
  • Living & breathing the market, product & competitor landscape to drive differentiation, sharing insights & learnings with business partners
  • Developing campaigns with agencies on time and on budget including the management of the Everyday Banking product marketing budget
What are we looking for? You’ll have…
  • Demonstrated experience in hands-on Financial Services Marketing role, ideally focussed on integrated, digital marketing and/or Product Marketing within a marketing organisation or Agency
  • Experience with propensity models, and will be fluent with customer data & data driven decision making. You will need to be extremely numbers and sat literate
  • Strong understanding of Retail Banking and Portfolio dynamics
  • Strong people leadership experience , being empathetic and effective in your leadership
  • Marketing degree qualified
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment
