About the Position:

This role will be an integral part the Sales Enablement team. This role is the lead for the standardization and continual improvement of sales methodology, process, policies, technology, and organizational readiness in support of achieving the financial targets for our business. The role is responsible for implementing business processes for efficient sales operations, directing sales force effectiveness, and management of functions essential to sales force productivity. Reporting to the Global Sales Effectiveness Partner the successful individual will collaborate with the Sales team and stakeholders across Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, and other teams to drive innovation, and actionable recommendations in all aspects of optimizing sales performance. The role will work with the Sales team and Sales Ecosystem to ensure sales organizational readiness and deliver improvements and tools that drive sales effectiveness and data integrity.


  • Acts as key partner to APAC Sales leadership to analyze key metrics and establish best practices with credibility and influence, from strategy to execution

  • Acts an advocate for the sellers:

  • Provide organizational readiness for products releases and updates, partnerships, acquisitions, sales technology, tools, and process by working with the Learning & Development team.

  • Analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and implement innovative improvements accelerate revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to continuously drive greater sales alignment and efficiencies


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Quantitative field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Demonstrated results in successfully achieving revenue goals

  • At least 1 year of software sales management experience

  • Prefer 2 years related experience within Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, and/or Sales Enablement, but not required

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work in a complex and fast paced environment

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong leadership ability including strategic thinking, business planning, and the ability to coach and develop others

  • Exceptional collaborator and influencer driving change through ideas, relationships and actions

  • Ability to apply Ceridian sales process and skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to interact productively with all levels of staff

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization

  • Demonstrated experience in significantly growing a revenue stream in a large, global accounts

  • Ability to travel as business dictates both domestic and international
