Matilda Motor Inn is seeking an EXPERIENCED Customer Service team member. Someone who has experience working in motel reception, administration or restaurants. Approximately 20-30 hours per week.

About you

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who: -

• Is willing to work across our motel reception & our fabulous restaurant
• Can look after a busy motel reception by yourself - taking bookings over the phone & online, checking guests in, taking payments
• Is experienced in using a booking system such Guestpoint
• Has excellent presentation, customer service & phone manner
• Is a restaurant super star - table waiting, drinks service, meal service, wonderful customer service, has used EFTPOS
• Ability to juggle multiple jobs at one time in reception & the restaurant
• You have an RSA
• Great attention to detail
