SRT Logistics is a refrigerated transport and dry grocery logistics provider servicing wholesale and retail food industries.

Based in Tasmania this transport company is family owned and operated providing a complete suite of freight services throughout Tasmania and Victoria including shipping across Bass Strait.

SRT is the only Tasmanian transport company that services every town in Tasmania, every week without the use of on-forwarders. The fleet is capable of carrying dry, frozen and chilled foods on the same vehicle

We are currently seeking Full Time small Van Drivers for our Port Brighton TAS facility, this role is for day shift work.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we employ staff directly and only operate with labour hire in the busiest time of the year. This ensures that we hand selected people and trucks delivering our premium service to our customers.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• A current Class Licence

• To successfully pass our practical driving / riding skills assessment

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

ESSENTIAL:

• Monday to Friday 6am starts (Approximately 10 hours per shift) with occasional Saturday work

• Work to deliver high levels of service to our customers through mutli drop deliveries

• Manually load and unload from the van

• Completing daily vehicle inspections and necessary paperwork including pre-start checks as well as filling out run sheets, PODs and logbooks
