We are seeking an Administrator Assistant to join our team for 12 month Fixed-Term contract, based in Adelaide. Reporting directly to the Business Support Manager, the focus of this role is managing the front desk and general Administration duties. You will have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Managing front desk, telephone and email enquiries;
Managing office supplies and PPE;
Assisting the Business Support Manager with adhoc tasks - facilities, quality assurance (GAIMS), equipment, registers and booking training;
Assisting with word processing of deliverables according to company guidelines and procedures;
Assisting Group Leaders and team members with travel bookings, vehicle bookings, timesheets and expenses;
Procurement activities, including liaising with accounts payable to process payments;
Assisting with event coordination and project site preparation via SharePoint;

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Experience as a Receptionist/ Administrator or similar will be required - experience within the Engineering/ Construction industry will be advantageous;
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multi-task;
Use of initiative and proactive;
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player;
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Office 365).
