Underwood Jewellers is in its 51st year as a manufacturing and retail jeweller in Parramatta. The Workshop Administrator oversees our jewellery manufacturing workshop, working closely with our bench jewellers, administrators and suppliers as well as collaborating with the sales team.

Duties are varied and include ensuring the job workflow is running smoothly and on time, using our software system to process job componentry, maintaining open communication and ensuring a safe work environment. Valuation support, selecting and tracking gemstones, speaking with customers and working closely with others on execution of customer jobs is involved.

The role is for a full time position but job sharing will be considered. Ideally candidates will have experience in the jewellery industry in manufacturing and/or administration. Being trustworthy, organized, professional and considerate in manner as well as careful, efficient and detail-oriented are key skills and qualities. Hours will range from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday or Saturday. Competitive salary and benefits.
