The position
The Executive Assistant reports our Founder & CEO of Tic:Toc with a wider responsibility supporting our Executive team. In this newly created role, The Executive Assistant will provide a high level of professional support to our Chief Executive Officer. This is a dynamic, fasted paced role involving liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Here’s some of the other things you’ll do:
Diary, calendar, and inbox management to minimise conflicts and ensure best use of time.
Arrangement of travel, flights and other logistics for the CEO and other members of the executive team.
Assist the CEO, Company Secretary and the wider executive team with the development, submission, and publishing of board papers and other external facing materials.
Support the CEO and leadership team on project coordination and project related deliverables and tasks.
Work closely with the Executive team on planning, communication, and coordination for Board meetings.
Develop, coordinate, and prepare information for use in meetings, presentations, and events.
General administration support including the development of presentations, decks, and other complex documents.
Assist with the organising and management of internal and external events, offsites etc.
Liaise with external parties and stakeholders including partners and investors.
Use your innovative mind to develop new processes, tools, and procedures to drive efficiencies through your role and throughout Tic: Toc. (In line with our mission Faster. Smarter. Simpler)
Overall support with management of the office environment.

The successful candidate

You’ll be an experienced Executive Assistant with prior experience in supporting Senior Leadership, C-suite, and Board in a scaling business environment.
You have excellent rapport building skills with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and investors.
You are highly organised with great attention to detail, with a passionate for quality output.
You are versatile, being able to provide support across the business as well as directly to an Executive team.
You love working a fast paced, agile environment where you can grow in the role and wear many hats.
