We are now keen to appoint a Finance & Business Operations Director to join our APAC team. As such, you will be responsible for ensuring that all processes for compliance, governance, and operational efficiencies are in place, as well as for overseeing how our business is measured, including the processes and systems to support this. On offer is a leadership opportunity where you will be responsible for people management, employing strategies to ensure our company’s growth, and applying the means and processes needed to control company costs. It is envisaged that you are someone with a solid Financial Acumen, who can provide better financial insight into driving profitability, such as how assessment of currency, fees, and cross changes can impact the profitability of our customers. We anticipate that you can utilize key business data to drive business decisions and outcomes, in order to execute better business practices and provide opportunistic support of analysis that may be required for M&As. 


Key responsibilities to highlight: 

  • Processes compliance and governance across the APAC region; this will include deal governance, customer contracts, quotation tool, etc.
  • Drive the implementation of ERP D365 FO
  • Employ strategies to drive effective and efficient forecasting and business review reporting 
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to create and manage budget and process 
  • Generate financial reports and recommendations to support making informed business decisions 
  • Manage marketing initiatives and processes, as well as our operational team of specialists across the region such as vendor, rebate and incentive management, and sales operations & support 
  • Maximizing operational potential to exceed customers’ expectations and company goals.


Key to success in this role are your outstanding people and ethical leadership skills. It is envisaged that you are someone with the ability to identify ‘root cause’ challenges and subsequent solutions with hands-on critical thinking. Moreover, you are an effective communicator who can collaborate well with all levels of stakeholders, thereby building solid relationships both internally and externally. 


Desired Competency and Experience:

  • 10+ years experience successfully managing complex enterprises, human resources, finances, operations, or strategies 
  • Proven experience working with D365 FO ERP Implementation 
  • Proficiency in managing complex budgets and finance reports
  • Ability to make projections to drive informed business decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred 
  • Marketing understanding and experience working with CRM Dynamics and Power apps is advantageous

  • Language ‌required‌: ‌Business level English‌‌, written & spoken
