Your enthusiasm for providing first class customer service and ability to organise your day and duties will see you shine in this role which will be ongoing with a possibility of becoming a permanent role after 6 months.

Joining the team of this warehousing and logistics company you will be responsible for ensuring that customer deliveries are managed in a professional and friendly manner and ensuring that all paperwork and delivery requirements are completed correctly. Manifesting of driver runs, booking customer delivery times, following up non deliveries, working closely with clients to ensure any discrepancies or queries are handled efficiently and accurately and handling customer enquiries all form part of this varied role.

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate confidence in using the Microsoft Office suite of programs with strong skills in both Word and Excel, excellent customer service skills and be available for an immediate start.

After an initial two week training period you will have the opportunity to decide whether you wish to work a 9am - 5pm day or a 7:30am to 3:30pm day.

Initially this role will be located at Athol Park but the company will be moving into new purpose built premises at Edinburgh in the 4th quarter of this year.

Whilst previous experience working in transport and logistics is not essential it will be an advantage.
