Facilities Coordinator needed for ongoing job in Perth's CBD.

Your new company
Our client is a leading facilities management provider who are currently looking for a highly professional and client facing Facilities Coordinator to work in Perth's CBD.

Your new role
The Facilities Coordinator role is responsible for managing the building and equipment maintenance schedules, physical space and experience of the people within a given asset or portfolio. This role will support the FM Lead Manager in the delivery of facilities management services at a client site.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience as a Facilities Administrator or Customer Service Agent
  • Knowledge of maintenance management and subcontractor management
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in meeting client needs within agreed timelines (SLA's)
  • Experience in hospitality industry/customer service preferred
