This successful and collaborative Professional Services Firm, based on St Kilda Rd has an excellent reputation within the Australian market. They have won awards year after year due to their first class services and products that they offer. Currently they are seeking a junior to intermediate level Administrative Assistant to join their down to earth and close knit team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
- Preparation of company, trust and SMSF documentation
- Registering companies, trusts and SMSF with ASIC
- File management including opening, maintaining and closing files
- Printing, binding and scanning documents
- General adhoc support to the wider team
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior administration experience within Accounting or Legal industries
- Highly organised with the ability manage own workload and prioritise tasks
- Friendly and approachable demeanour with a 'can do' attitude
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office skills with exposure to the ASIC portal highly advantageous
