Marketing & Communications Coordinator job in Glen Waverley, permanent, ASAP start, Automotive

Our client is a global leader in automotive I.T industry. Its head Office is in Melbourne, Australia. It provides a range of leading-edge products and services to the automotive industry.

Your new role
Reporting to the Communications Manager, this is a newly created role in the organisation.

You will:

• Assist in planning and creating the external communications schedule and content across all platforms including web, email marketing and social media
• Draft, edit and publish written and image content.
• Analyse and report on engagement across the digital channels, including for all campaigns and posts.
• Manage and update the CRM database.
• Assist with planning and execution of trade exhibitions and marketing events.
• Perform market analysis and research on competitors.
• Ad-hoc support, tasks and project work, as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a similar role ideally in the automotive or related industry.
• Knowledge in web content management systems, e.g. Wordpress etc.
• Experience with email marketing automation platforms, e.g. MailChimp, HubSpot, etc
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other design software skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with an ability to work effectively autonomously and within a team.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building.
