Located in a modern and open plan office in South Yarra, they currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager to join the collaborative team.
Your new role
- Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
- PA Support, Diary management for Managing Director
- Drafting documents for the business such as drafting pitches, updating templates, developing new templates.
- Maintaining client database
- Travel coordination
- Basic invoicing duties on XERO
- General administrative tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior administration or reception experience
- Proficient using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Personable with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Legal or Immigration background ideal but not essential
