Your new role
As a settlements officer your responsibilities will include:

• Processing trade settlements through the electronic system, data entry of information into their internal systems and databases across different asset classes
• Checking that documents are within compliance guidelines
• Daily settlement reconciliation
• Preparing and reviewing of documents
• Escalating and following up on unmatched settlements
• Accurate completion of tasks within SLA's

What you'll need to succeed

You are encouraged to apply for this role if you have the following:

• Previous experience working in a settlements role within a similar organisation
• Established problem solving abilities
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, Finance or Commerce
• Demonstrated stockbroking experience - ASX Equities, International Equities and Managed Funds
• Proven communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
