We are looking for a Principal Consultant for someone more experienced, ideally with at least 4-6 years of experience in recruitment consulting. At this level, it is expected you will be more self-managing, but still with runway to grow into a more experienced recruiter.
Principal Consultant paying $90,000 to $110,000 + bonus
You will manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process, focusing on the junior or mid-level desks (one for temporary and one for permanent). The role has been created as a result of growth and with more roles than we are able to currently handle. Surrounded by one of the most experienced recruitment teams in Sydney, your focus will be on account management and filling roles that are passed to you. Of course, we expect all of our people to be commercial and so there would still be some business development too!
