JOB DESCRIPTION

An established financial organisation is seeking two individuals to join their Constructions Home Loan Team as a Processing Officer at their conveniently located premises in Rhodes Business Park. These successful individuals will have a background in

Job Responsibilities Include: 
• Log all invoice requests & acting on due progress payments to assigned contractors
• Chase up all paperwork from contractors, councils and solicitors as required
• Receive and process all progress payment requests
• Process insurance requests & ensure adequate insurance cover for each stage of construction
• Update systems and the database with approvals of payments and verifying each stage of construction 
• Respond to email and phone enquiries from clients, franchisees and brokers
within service level agreements
• Manage all allocated files within the agreed service levels as directed by the
Team Manager
• Responding to requests in a timely manner and working toward daily deadlines
