Job Description

The Administration clerk will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors, answer and respond to calls and emails. Assist HR Manager and Case Managers conduct clerical duties such as conducting interviews, documenting and filing. The Roster Officer will assign Support Workers to services and liaise with clients. This role requires a high level of customer service, ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handling external or internal communication or management systems
  • Admin ad hoc duties
  • Answering calls in regards to inquiries from customers and brokerage partners
  • Rostering Support Workers for on-call shifts
  • Support Workers will report directly to Roster Officer in regards to issues, incidents, and assistance.
  • Conduct clerical duties, including preparing documents and filing
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and team members through clear communication
  • Working with management to conduct workforce planning to improve the supply of care worker team
  • Liaise with other departments such as HR and Case Managers
  • Accurate documentation of transactions in the client management system
  • Investigate into any issues for services and supervise Client Management system
  • Report directly to CEO, Operation Manager, and Case Manager: provide the assistance required
  • Participate in special projects as directed by Client Services Manager and/or Executive manager

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Qualifications in human services or business admin and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Tertiary qualifications relating to business/ office administration, minimum 2 years experience.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Knowledge with CRM Systems
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full Time/ Part Time

Salary: $22-$27/ hour

Location: Merrylands
