JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to continual growth, we are on the lookout for a highly capable Project Assistant/Coordinator to join the Planet Plumbing Team.

Working closely with the Project Team you will assist in resolving issues, deliver processes and solutions, and ensure that all project documentation is actioned and up to date.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with Project Manager and site team
  • Maintain ITPs, checklists and quality (QA) documentation
  • Maintain tasks and defects register
  • Coordinate and maintain project progress trackers and schedules
  • Maintain site safety documentation and coordinate electronic copies
  • Assist with site safety induction documentation and procedures
  • Control and maintain drawing registers
  • Coordinate Plant and Equipment registers
  • Ensure site documentation controls are implemented and maintained
  • General office administration duties

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who will get involved and enjoys variety in their day
  • Construction and/or Plumbing experience would be highly desirable
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, environment and customer relationships
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ready and eager to learn and demonstrate initiative
  • A strong team player who is happy to offer support when required
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a successful team
  • This role will suit someone who is comfortable working in a blue-collar workforce
