About The Role

With an immediate start available in the Perth South Metropolitan Region (Rockingham and Mandurah), our Senior Occupational Therapists strive to make our clients goals a reality. You will work with people within the NDIS framework and support clients to reach their goals and pursue their dreams. No one day will be the same.

The successful candidate will be responsible for
  • Assisting the Therapy Services team to develop and support new initiatives.
  • Supporting best practice Occupational Therapy services for working with people with disability in a multidisciplinary manner.
  • Providing an understanding of the tenets of the NDIS and articulating them to support others.
  • Developing and delivering Occupational Therapy programs for clients.
  • Completing other tasks as requested by the Allied Health Manager.
  • Supervising and assisting graduate or junior Occupational Therapists.

Key Requirements
  • 2 years’ experience working as an OT in the disability sector.
  • Possession of tertiary qualification as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Current APHRA registration.
  • The ability to maintain professional working relationships with clients and fellow team members.
  • Demonstrated commitment to being a productive and positive team member.
