Are you a dynamic and experienced, strategic marketer who thrives on delivery ready to join a rapidly growing global tech company? Reporting to the Regional Manager, Australia with support from the Head of Global Marketing this is an autonomous role providing marketing specific leadership driving innovative and cost-effective methods to support the delivery of the Australian sales targets.

Be Ready To

  • Develop, lead, manage and execute region specific marketing plan and calendar of activity aligned with global strategies
  • Work within the global marketing strategy, oversee the development and implementation of a range digital marketing programs and provide region specific relevant content for the web and social media
  • Foster strong relationships with key local press and industry bodies for the promotion of business products and messaging
  • Plan and deliver lead generation activities to drive stated sales targets, manage country level lead tracking process, monitor Customer Acquisition Cost per channel and provide recommendations to improve processes and metrics
  • Own the plan, selection, delivery and investment evaluation of branded activity (such as advertising and events)
  • Input to the key selling points for each product line as required and lead local campaigns to support sales team initiatives
  • Monitor competitor activity in local market and define and propose country specific effective positioning and differentiation strategies across the product range
  • Propose and manage the Australian marketing budget in conjunction with the Regional Manager, Head of Global Marketing and Finance
  • Support delivery of customer journey and customer segmentation analysis

The Experience You Will Bring
  • Agency or previous marketing and communications experience at account/marketing manager level (5-8 years), including event management experience – (2 years essential)
  • Experience in working for a large B2C corporate company (essential) or B2B/B2C software company (desirable) and mining (preferred)
  • Management experience in developing and managing budgets
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop and implement a marketing strategy, execution of activities and review
  • Degree qualified
