Epson Australia is a market leader in printers and projectors, both locally and globally. We are currently searching for a Sales Coordinator to handle data entry of sales orders, assist in with the delivery and pick up of goods at customer sites, manage returns etc. to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional customer service.

The Sales Coordinator will be part of a small close-knit team, reporting to the Sales Support Supervisor, but will liaise with various internal departments and our logistics/transport partners as well as our customers.

Some of your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Processing returns, damages claims and raising insurance claims for lost or damaged goods.
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints regarding missing or damaged goods.
  • Proactively following up open claims and managing RMA reports.
  • Effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders on the phone and via email in timely manner
  • Provide a high level of customer services from general enquiries to resolving customer complaints/issues
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed promptly and accurately
  • Assisting the sales Co-ordinator in processing sales orders and orders related queries.
  • General filing and Ad-hoc duties

Skills/Experience Required
  • Similar experience/background in logistics/sales coordination is highly advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email or in person.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet daily time sensitive KPI’s
  • Technically savvy with advanced MS Office skills and familiar with SAP (or similar ERP systems)
  • Self-motivated with a positive and can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Problem Solving – Ability to identify, investigate and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • High level of attention to details and prioritisation skills
