A superb opportunity has become available for a highly-polished receptionist with outstanding communication skills to work for this leading technology provider firm.

Your role:

First impressions last, and with that in mind we require a highly polished receptionist to manage the Concierge area of this North Sydney office. You will be responsible for:
  • Answering and transferring all incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients as they enter the office
  • Booking, organising and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Managing supplies/facilities
  • Maintaining the reception area and organising the kitchenette
  • Organising mail, both incoming and outgoing
  • Ordering and assisting with catering when required
Who are we seeking:

The successful candidate will have a professional and friendly personality with excellent presentation, the ability to quickly build rapport with team members and executive level clients as well as:
  • Previous corporate reception or concierge experience
  • A professional phone manner
  • Ability to use your initiative
  • An ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Previous experience managing staff and giving directions
  • A focused and friendly individual with excellent people skills
  • Established time management skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Computer literate with the Microsoft Office Suite
