Home Care Domestic Assistant

Are you working in customer service or hospitality and looking for a new career?

Are you a mom looking for some work during school hours?

Are you seeking meaningful work / to give back to the community?

You will be rewarded in a role where your domestic assistance in a Customer's own home will support them to live independently and at home for longer. You will appreciate being on the road travelling to various customer's homes to help with a variety of domestic tasks. Multiple Casual roles are available across South and Fleurieu.

What We Are Looking For:
Successful applicants will have experience will have extensive experience in customer service, be well presented with a positive attitude, take pride in your work and the results you achieve. Furthermore, you will have a genuine caring nature and a heartfelt desire to assist our customers to live good lives. Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday, with a minimum 3 days availability. Available to work fulltime is desirable.

Your first days on the job will be a training day, orientation where you will be issued you smart phone for rostered jobs and you will have opportunities to buddy with an experienced worker to get to know the role.

About You:
To be successful in this role you will:
Share the ACH Group culture and values
Fluency in English language both written and verbal
Ability to work short shifts
Willingness to travel between customers' homes and attend site base training
Ability to operate a smart phone
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Applicants must hold:
Motor Vehicle License (Full C Class, Provisional or International)
Current First Aid Certificate with CPR
A registered and insured motor vehicle with minimum third party property damage insurance
Must be able to provide a Road Worthy Certificate for your vehicle
Satisfactory National Police Clearance - no older than 12 months (or be willing to obtain)
Successful applicants will require a satisfactory DCSI Disability Services Employment screening that complies with ACH Group guidelines - (this will be provided by ACH Group)
