About the role:

You will be proactively following up on and converting warm leads, self and digitally generated from several channels. Working in collaboration with our BDO's, proactive analysis of geographic locations to identify opportunities to engage, (physically and virtually) with schools and hospitals is a key component. Offering variety, autonomy and teamwork, you will have demonstrated skills in taking initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.

What are we looking for?

  • A strong background in sales, with a focus on growth revenue
  • An understanding of sales and marketing-led sales approaches
  • Initiative to self- generate and follow up on warm leads
  • Successful experience meeting sales targets and KPI's
  • Exceptional time management and relationship building skills
  • Background in outbound sales - clear, confident and professional communicator
  • Excellent computer & administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Previous experience within PHI is beneficial, but not essential
