We are looking for a Cleaning Operations - Mobile Leading Hand to work as a leader in our business within the Western Suburbs of Sydney.

Your role will encompass 2 main elements:

• Fixed work at key locations
• Variable work from our Mobile Van to react to client requirements across the broader region.

Our Cleaning Operations leaders all work alongside our team to ensure that quality standards are being met and that local issues can be dealt with proactively. We pride ourselves on knowing our cleaners personally and working locally to train, coach manage and encourage cleaners to improve and achieve a meaningful improvement in service outcomes for our client base. Your role will be a key part in delivering consistent & quality local outcomes.

To fulfil the role, you will need:

* Ability to Self-Manage

* Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred but not essential

* Good Communication skills

* Current Police Check

* Unlimited work rights in Australia

* Flexible with working hours

* Ability to manage complex works

Mandatory:

• Must be an Australian citizen (for site specific clearances required as part of the role)

• Must pass all requirements of a National police check

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Experience:

• cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence:

• Australian National Police Check (Required)
• Australian driver's licence (Required)

Work Eligibility:

• Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Required)
