Statistical analysis skills –with a particular focus on experimental design, customer segmentation, and campaign optimisation.

• Experience with campaign Management tools/ process
• Thorough understanding of customer contact management principles.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Graduate in IT, Maths, Statistics, Economics or similar quantitative fields.
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Financial Services experience in Banking Product or Marketing analytics in one or more of the following domains:
• Mortgages/Personal Finance (Credit Card/Personal Loan)/Deposit/Transaction products

Note domain expertise within these areas is critical as the Senior Analyst isn’t only expected to have superior technical skills but needs to be capable of providing specialist insight and advice on their domain to other analysts and stakeholders.

• A good understanding of product management, product analytics, systems, and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical skills covering Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Advanced SQL (preferably Teradata) knowledge of statistical packages SAS.
• Ability to build strong open relationships with stakeholders – build and maintain trust.
• Analytics professional with strong capabilities in framing and delivering Marketing and Product analysis
• Ability to explain and present (written and verbal) analysis to business stakeholders – high standard of written and verbal communication
