Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for an outstanding Marketing Executive with a mind that is equal parts strategic and creative. You’ve got a great eye for detail, and a passion for taking an idea from concept through to execution. You’re full of drive and great ideas, and always looking for a better way to do things.

What you’ll be working on

Forum Group currently operates across 4 key product pillars of Print, Connect, Cloud and Automate, and 2 unique go-to market channels: a direct contractual business, and a growing dealer and reseller network. As the Marketing Executive in Forum’s marketing team, you’ll work across these key channels to support growth and build the Forum brand.

Forum runs an agile marketing team, with every day brining different challenges. You’ll work across a range of marketing activities on a daily basis including:

  • Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns and activities across Forum’s key business channels
  • Coordinate inbound marketing campaigns from conceptualisation through to execution, including copywriting, content management, email marketing, marketing automation, and PPC advertising
  • Collaborate on outbound sales and marketing initiatives, creating email marketing and other collateral to support lead generation
  • Collaborate with agency partners to execute on SEO, inbound, PR and brand strategies
  • Manage website content and social media channel
  • Implement and monitor marketing communications activities
  • Monitor, report on and review all marketing activities, with a focus on future optimisation
  • Produce sales support materials and provide marketing support to national sales team
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

More about you

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or Advertising
  • Previous experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the IT or business services sectors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A flare for creativity, with a focus on copywriting, content creation and design
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Pardot, and WordPress desirable
  • Experience with PPC advertising and SEO desirable
  • HTML and CSS proficiency desirable
  • Technical savvy and adaptability
  • Ability to multi-task and think outside the box whilst managing multiple projects with tight timeframes
  • High level understanding of managed services practices and processes
