About the Opportunity

This is an exciting time to join us in the role of Executive Assistant as you will have a unique opportunity to support the development and achievement of our strategic goals. As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, confidential, administrative support to the Executive General Manager Legal, General Counsel & Company Secretary.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have significant experience in a similar role with the ability to manage competing demands and multiple projects while maintaining quality.

You will skilfully maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of business priorities. Responsibilities include:

Preparing and organising Board and Board Sub-committee reports
Support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in the preparation of meetings, agendas, minutes and reports
Maintenance of registers and information in our electronic Board portal
Diary management and meeting and travel coordination
Preparation of reports, contracts and agendas
Support to the Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer as required

You will be

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level;
Resourceful and use your initiative to identify tasks and priorities;
Able to identify areas for continuous improvement and develop appropriate solutions that meet business needs; and
Approachable with a genuine commitment to quality customer service.
