About The Role

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will help lead and further develop a recruitment division whilst developing your own successful desk. Your prime responsibility will be incremental revenue/profit growth, qualifying and developing new client opportunities and assisting in the training and development of current/new Consultants. There are existing relationships in place and you will be able to leverage relationships of the other divisions within the office to create business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of a robust and profitable business
  • Improve revenue growth across the desk month on month
  • Qualify and develop new business opportunities in addition to management of existing clients
  • Generate and interview candidates on a weekly basis whilst managing candidate expectations
  • Assist in P&L growth driving revenue and profit growth quarter on quarter
  • Assist in management and development of a team of Consultants


Key Requirements
  • The ability to develop and monitor sales opportunities, drive growth and manage client/candidate satisfaction
  • Commercial awareness and ability to communicate and influence with a diverse group of clients
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage quality of work and delivery to clients/candidates
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and margins
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a successful team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership experience and ability to influence a team
