Role
You will work closely with the senior management team here in Australia and will be given full autonomy in your role. You will need to be self-motivated, have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and driven to succeed. No two days will be the same and you will be supporting the company COO to ensure our client's business is a success in the Australian market. You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of accounts, maintaining invoicing records and accounts payables, personnel administration, purchasing, and managing office operations. You will be given all the guidance, support, and tools to ensure you succeed in this role. There will be lots of opportunity for growth and career progression within the business. This role would suit someone who is motivated, organised and driven to succeed.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this opportunity you must have the following:
  • Previous experience an Administration role
  • Previous experience in the Pharmaceuticals industry or similar product-profile company would be highly desired but not essential
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and strong ability to prioritize
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional projects and solve problems
  • Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
  • Highly organized multi-tasker, driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Someone seeking a longer term career move

We would love for you to have the following:
  • Strategic mindset and previous experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience of systems such as Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Acrobat an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry and understanding of product portfolio
  • Marketing background OR experience is highly desirable
  • Good understanding of the Australian healthcare system and Regulations
