We currently have two fantastic permanent opportunities available working in our Health & Beauty and Food & Beverage sectors. You will be partnering with clients to discuss business challenges, and provide advice and recommendations based on market trends, their financial capabilities and other key organizational factors.

We expect you to have:

  • 2+ years' business experience working in data and market insights
  • Experience working within the FMCG / retail industry preferable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field is preferred
  • Exceptional client service consulting skills with a demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships
  • Solid knowledge of data management software, information processes and systems
  • Excellent commercial acumen with business development capabilities and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and plan effectively
  • Engaging and confident communication and presentation skills

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Define business problems through consultations with clients, extract day-to-day project briefs and provide solutions appropriate to their business needs
  • Solve briefs with actionable recommendations through incorporating analyses from different data sources
  • Provide and present insights through storytelling
  • Work closely with clients to align on key milestones, desired outcomes, resources required and timeline for delivery
  • Own the account plan and set engagement plans with clients
  • Lead client relationships and proactively develop these relationships to deliver against account plan objectives
  • Identify client business opportunities or challenges and showcase IRI capabilities/solutions to address these business needs
  • Develop strategies and competitive differentiation for specific solution offerings
  • Be the responsible for client contract, financials (including invoicing), renewal and growth revenue target
  • Lead all business development activities for small to mid-size targeted accounts
