Senior Analyst, Group Control Room Operations

How will I help?

Reporting to the Executive Manager Group Control Room Operations, you will be responsible for implementing the Personal Account Dealing programme, including maintaining the register of Designated Employees, periodic attestations, trading records. You will support the implementation of the Personal Employee (PE) framework, including maintaining the register of PEs, periodic attestations, trading records.

You will be implementing the Substantial Shareholding (SSH) framework, including performing SSH monitoring and reporting to meet regulatory requirements in 40+ jurisdictions. Furthermore, you will be managing employee related conflicts management registers and performing monitoring of compliance with conflicts policies and dealing with potential violations. The Senior Analyst will manage GCR mailboxes and dealing with queries, escalations and further administration and data management for the Conflicts Reporting System (CRS), dealing resolving system and data issues.

What do I need?

A strong candidate will bring experience in compliance or other relevant business experience such as law, operational risk or audit, Control Room experience an advantage. You will have knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory environments. In addition, you must have comprehensive knowledge of compliance developments to identify emerging risks that may affect the business today or in the future. You will have product exposure to equities and derivatives and the like. You will bring quantitative skills and be technically savvy with programs such as Excel.
