How will I help?

You will support the Stakeholder Lead in the delivery of a concise and up to date data set of the change environment for Business Division and preparation of change engagement forums.

You will develop relationships with Consumer and other Group businesses to track and understand business engagement quality and preferred processes and maintain currency of Business Division Front Door to ensure visibility of preferred business engagement processes.

What do I need?

Strong experience using data driven insights to present portfolio view of the change environment and forecast capability. You will have concise written and verbal communication of concepts, ideas and processes to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholder sets to build consensus and a consistent language, understanding and high-quality approach to Change. Experience within banking / financial services sector and tertiary education qualifications highly regarded
