Labourpower has partnered with one of Australia's largest manufacturers of recycled resin and reconditioners of drums and IBCs. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Forklift Operator based in their Derrimut facility.

The Opportunity:
Working within a small team in a consistently wet environment due to the IBCs getting reconditioned on site, you will be required to assist with preparing the IBC and when required operate the forklift for a variety of reasons from unloading or loading trucks to stacking the IBCs in the storage area. This is not a working entirely on the forklift.

Essential Requirements:

• Confident and recent experience driving a Forklift
• Valid licence and counter-balance Forklift Driver
• Current drivers licence
• Willingness to get off the forklift and assist with labouring duties

• Must be able to follow guidelines and safe practices of work
• Reliability with a good work ethic
• Excellent communication; able to follow instructions
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Competent with completing associated paperwork
• Must be a hard worker and physically fit
• Ability to work well under pressure
