The Role:

To provide amazing customer service and execute basic front of house roles at a prestigious cosmetic surgery clinic.


  • Overseeing the daily operations of reception; management of customer database and appointment bookings, answering inquiries, invoicing and processing of payments
  • Greeting of customers and providing the highest level of customer service both in house and over the phone
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Assisting with social media campaigns and events
  • Provide customer service with opportunities to form relationships with clients
  • Update electronic database, be prompt in replying to enquiries social media comments and message.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts
  • Answering the phone and providing information / directions / booking in clients
  • Patient recall, helping in recovery calls post treatment, assisting clinical team in filming procedures for social media
  • Maintain a spotless clean environment and help in performing administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness throughout the clinic and ensuring premises and equipment are maintained against state regulatory hygiene and safety standards at all times

What we are looking for in the right person:

  • 2 customer service experience, similar role ideally
  • Exceptional and proven customer service skills built from an array of environments
  • Passionate about working in the beauty industry
  • Proven ability to follow protocols and procedures
  • Professional presentation and manner
  • Relevant experience in the fields of beauty therapy, medical or health-related industries is an advantage
  • Energy, enthusiasm and an ability to perform well under high-pressure on a diverse range of tasks
  • Outstanding English communications and writing skills essential
  • An Australian permanent resident or citizen
