They have an incredible Property Management team, and as one portfolio is growing at a rapid rate, they are now seeking a Property Management Coordinator to take the reins and hit the ground running!

We are actively hiring for this position and this role is 100% secure.

The role:
The day to day duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Property Management administration duties
  • Periodic Inspections / Condition Reports / Final Inspections
  • Arrears, Rent reviews, Repairs & Maintenance
  • Property Management Ad-hoc duties
  • Leasing
  • Ensure overall service delivery
  • Coordinate service and/or resources for flawless execution
  • Responsible for working with customers’ operation groups at all levels and identifying property management needs and introducing appropriate services
  • Establishes standardized processes, technology tools, and reports
  • Integration of all services to ensure alignment and efficiencies.
  • Manages and liaises with other internal stakeholders for a decision such as owner’s corporations, strata, owners, tenants 
  • To be proactive and seek opportunities to reduce cost and risk
  • Establish baseline performance measurements for all services managed
  • Develop and implement performance measurements
  • Accountable for the accuracy of data in REST management systems
  • Approve and/or support business case development

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess the following;

  • 1-2 years experience working as a Property Manager
  • Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
  • Immaculately presented and well-groomed
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent use of office technology including Rest Professional, File Smart, and Inspection Manager is preferred
