The Company

The Role

Offer a strong supportive presence to the Manager and other members of the management team. Conduct general office duties and a range of administrative tasks to ensure the seamless operation of the internal business.

The Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, work orders, and a variety of administrative tasks
  • Offer support to the management team and generate budgets and reconciliations
  • Directly assist Precinct Manager with the collection of rent, arrears and issue invoices/statements monthly
  • Offer support to Facilities Managers and team members with building services and ad hoc activities
  • Complete general office duties and maintain the cohesion and tidiness of the workplace

Ideal Skills/Experience:

  • Strong orientation towards customer service and relationship building
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain an organized approach to all workplace activities
  • Experience in commercial real estate or shopping centers
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in administration
  • Exposure to MRI is preferred
