What you'll be doing

WSLHD and WSPHN have been selected as one of two PHN/LHD’s to establish the first two Patient Centred Collaborative Commissioning Groups (PCCGs) in NSW.

Primary purpose of the Collaborative Commissioning Project Coordinator role is to assist with the coordination of functions associated with the Collaborative Commissioning 3 year project. This will include, but is not limited to, undertaking the operational objectives as per the Collaborative Commissioning Senior Project Manager, monitoring and escalating governance and quality matters from the project outcomes as well as ensuring success in the operational performance of this initiative. 

The Collaborative Commissioning Project Coordinator will use initiative, flexibility and self-direction to manage the day to day requirements with a high degree of competency and enthusiasm.

Selection Criteria: 

  1. Tertiary qualifications in related field (qualifications and/or experience in health/project management/change management)
  2. Experience in Primary or Acute care setting either in service delivery, commissioning or service coordination
  3. Demonstrated high level communication skills, both written and oral, including interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation and consultation skills
  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment as well as build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools to lead change management activities
  6. Demonstrated relational leadership behaviours that shape a workplace culture embodying CORE values and continuous learning together with mutual respect, having a disposition to mindfulness in all actions with an awareness and application of the Code of Conduct.
