Client Details
Adecco is seeking expressions of interest for variety of Recruitment roles, for a variety of public sector and not for profit clients on a Contract and Temporary basis. These roles are located mainly in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs, and is due to a high demand in roles available with our existing customer base.
Description
We are welcoming Recruitment professionals who are seeking to enhance or grow their existing careers within the HR & Recruitment industry. Through Contract and Temporary work you would have access to working with clients within different industry sectors, environments and teams.
Key responsibilities would include:
- Raising job requisitions
- Liaise with Hiring Manager regarding job vacancies and ideal candidate suitability
- Phone screening and short listing of candidates
- Scheduling interviews in person or via virtual internal platforms.
Profile
We are seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Previous Recruitment experience, either Internal or Agency
- Experience recruiting in a high volume, busy environment
- Ability with multi tasking and ability to prioritise workload
- Intermediate to advanced administration skills including MS Suite
- Knowledge of employment services desirable but not essential.
